At the core of Matchbox Pictures are the founders, who bring to the company successful industry experience and in depth production and business expertise. This team is complemented by a support group of writers, story editors, consultants, lawyers, accountants, directors, cinematographers, post production facilities and executive producers. The three principals have experience in both creative planning and business. Dwight Coughlan has significant commercial productionexperience and is well versed in the film industry from both a creative and financial standpoint. Gary Elmer and Greg Sager bring years of active International film & HD production expertise as well as production development, management and execution.

Gary Elmer

Gary Elmer has filmed in every province in Canada, as well as over 20 countries worldwide. As an award winning Cinematographer, he has vast experience in film and HD production on a wide range of projects for CBC, Discovery Channel, OLN and recipient of numerous awards, including a Gemini nomination for best photography in a doc. Greg A. Sager

Greg Sager has had the opportunity to be a part of a wide range of projects, including television commercials, features, short films, corporate, infomercials and music videos for such companies as Rogers Television, Norstar Entertainment, CBC, Sommerville Entertainment and Omni Television. IMDB

Robbin McDonnell

With over 10 years in the Sales and Marketing industry, Robbin found her way to Matchbox due to the strong people and the organization. In her 6 years with the company, she has developed a passion for the industry and production management on Matchbox's Devil Seed and Kingdom Come. IMDB

Fran Tran

Fran completed her post-graduate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations, Fran decided to meld her passion for PR and film. Having found her way to the Matchbox team as an independent publicist, Fran is on-hand right from pre-production through to post and beyond working to create the buzz that surrounds a movie and its process.

Caroline Bonham

Caroline manages the Matchbox office, expertly keeping the books balanced, the contracts filed, and the back room in order. Following graduation from Ryerson's RTA program, she spent several years in banking before getting into independent production management.
